Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
1. Ripe bananas – 2 pieces.
2. Oatmeal – 1 cup
3. Raisins, dried apricots or prunes (optional) – 1/4 cup
4. Walnuts or other nuts (optional) – 1/4 cup
5. Cinnamon (optional) – 1 tsp

Cook:
1. Turn the oven on to 180°C.
2. Puree the bananas by mashing them.
3. Stir the oatmeal into the pureed bananas.
4. If desired, add cinnamon and chopped nuts, raisins, or other dried fruits.
5. Transfer the mixture using a spoon onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
6. Make round patties out of the cookies.
7. Bake the cookies until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
